Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the red box to access the Course Schedule page on Eventbrite (our registration platform) and see our Course Schedule. Click the "SHOW MORE" box (if it is listed) to see all the classes posted.
BEFORE YOU REGISTER FOR A CLASS, READ THIS PAGE THOROUGHLY AND CAREFULLY.
READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY IN THE EVENT DESCRIPTION SECTION OF THE COURSE YOU ARE GOING TO REGISTER FOR SO YOU'RE AWARE OF WHAT CLASS YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR (BRC1 AM, BRC1 PM, BRC2 LW, TBC, APRC, Practice Clinic) AND ALL THE DETAILS OF THE COURSE. DON'T JUST BROWSE THROUGH THE WORDING. READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY.
AM after a BRC1 Class # means morning riding sessions. PM after a BRC1 Class # means afternoon riding sessions.
Again, read everything thoroughly and carefully including all emails from The Riding Academy of NJ and Eventbrite. If you are not getting the automated group emails for a class you registered for, the causes & solutions are posted on each course page.
We only accept online registrations.
When you click the "Register" box for a class, you will see the number of seats remaining. If the class is Sold Out, you can sign-up for the Waitlist for that class by clicking the "Join Waitlist" box. If you join the Waitlist and a seat opens up, we'll contact the people on the list one at a time. More details about the Waitlist are on every course page on our website.
We offer motorcycle safety classes almost every weekend from the middle of March to the end of October. Course dates are usually posted two months in advance. To find out when we post more classes, click the red "Course Schedule" button below and follow us on Eventbrite for email notifications when we post more classes.
The State of NJ does not allow NJMSEP Providers to offer any courses from January 1 to March 1.
We don't offer classes in November and December due to the unpredictable weather. We don't want our students riding in cold weather on cold tires. Both are unsafe.
We usually post classes for the upcoming year in January.
HAVING TROUBLE REGISTERING FOR A CLASS?
If you're having issues registering for a class, it is usually one of three reasons;
1) You left out answering one or more of the questions on the Order Form.
2) You and someone else are trying to register for the last seat in the class and the other person completed the Order Form before you did.
3) The class is sold out but the Sold Out image hasn't appeared yet. It can take a while for the Sold Out image to appear. Every class posting shows the number of seats remaining in the class. If a class is sold out, the class will say "Join Waitlist".
Waitlists are only available for Sold Out classes. There is no Waitlist for future classes.
Our mission is to help reduce motorcycle crashes in the State of NJ.
